The hike opens up the world of water around us, which is ignored in many areas. You learn that you also "walk on water" in places (canals, groundwater) and experience different forms - from Grander water in the swimming pool to spring water along the path to small amphibian puddles and the remains of a huge ice-age lake.
Different entry and exit points allow for a variable length of the hike.
